David Silver

David Silver is the Founder and CEO of Santa Fe Capital, with over four decades of experience in private capital markets. Throughout his career, David has generated deal volume exceeding $1.2 billion, raising capital for hundreds of startups and executing complex leveraged buyouts across a wide range of industries.

He has worked on transactions spanning everything from industrial manufacturing to early-stage tech, consistently designing creative capital structures that minimize dilution and maximize growth potential. Prior to founding Santa Fe Capital in 1981, David held positions at Kuhn, Loeb & Co. and Chase Manhattan Bank.
