Michael Devine

Michael J. Devine is a seasoned corporate finance and investment banking executive with over 20 years of experience across financial services, law, and wireless telecommunications. He has sourced and managed more than 150 transactions totaling over $1.5 billion, with deep expertise in acquisitions, restructurings, and capital raising.

Michael began his telecom career in 2004 as Vice President of Acquisitions at Global Signal, a publicly traded REIT backed by Fortress Investment Group, where he led tower and land acquisitions nationwide. He later founded Excel Capital Advisors, a boutique advisory firm focused on telecom infrastructure transactions, including growth capital raises and M&A. His clients have included leading industry players, such as Crown Castle, whom he advised on the development of their national acquisition strategy.

In addition to Excel, Michael founded Sunsar Holdings, overseeing tower development operations across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. His earlier career includes advisory roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Gulf Atlantic Capital, and practicing law at a top 100 firm in Los Angeles.

Michael brings a rare blend of legal, financial, and operational expertise, with a track record of closing complex transactions and driving strategic value in the telecom and infrastructure space.
